Intense and concentrated ruby red. On the nose, ripe black fruit, blackberry, licorice, mace. In the mouth, full and enveloping. Dense and well-balanced tannic texture gives a lively acidity that gives a very long persistence.

Dishes rich in flavor such as stewed red meats or game, grilled or mixed roasts. Tasty and well seasoned hard cheeses.
