The Grappa di Brunello represents another innovation introduced by Fattoria dei Barb. In 1970 Giovanni Colombini was the first Italian wine grower to understand the potential of grappa coming from a monovarietal. For this purpose he distilled the pomace of the prestigious Brunello grape. The result is a grappa very soft, aromatic, elegant and intense, refined and selective.

Distillerie Bonollo (SI). Sangiovese. A violet and eucalyptus entry on the nose, as delicate on the nose as it is vigorous and terroir-driven on the paiate: genuinely Tuscan in terms of character and elegance. A 45% non-overwhelming alcohol content with a warm and tasty finish with a full-flavored and spicy return of red rose and redcurrant.
