Our Grappa di Brunello was an innovative gift given by Fattoria dei Barbi to the Italian wine world; in 1972 Giovanni Colombini was the first Italian wine maker to have distilled the pomace from only one varietal, the Sangiovese used for Brunello. The monovarietal grappa was born. Our Grappa di Brunello is soft, intense, aromatic and elegant.

Distillerie Bonollo (SI). Sangiovese. A violet and eucalyptus entry on the nose, as delicate on the nose as it is vigorous and terroir-driven on the paiate: genuinely Tuscan in terms of character and elegance. A 45% non-overwhelming alcohol content with a warm and tasty finish with a full-flavored and spicy return of red rose and redcurrant.
