Tasting Notes
Bright and concentrated ruby red. Bouquet: full and intense. Strong presence of black berry fruit, currant and plum. In the mouth it is sinuous, enveloping and complex, the earthy aspect typical of Sangiovese is supported by an important acid backbone that takes place in a very persistent and elegant finish.
Pairings
It is a magnificent wine for roasts, stews, grilled meats. Delicious with haute cuisine dishes, but also perfect as a “meditation wine”.
